A Commissioner personally controls many communication practices and can advocate for broader Commission policies, dashboards, records access, and meeting improvements.

I will explain my major votes and positions, identify what I promised versus what required other votes, and publicly report when an effort succeeds, fails, or changes because new facts emerged.
